A 35-year-old homeless woman suffered horrific ordeals early Wednesday morning after she was sexually assaulted outside a Staten Island ferry terminal.

The attack happened about 4:20 a.m. near a restaurant in St. Louis. George’s Terminal. A stranger suddenly woke up the woman, who used to sleep in the area, and began sexually assaulting her, police said.

Despite the tragedy of the attack, the woman was not physically harmed. He reported the incident to authorities, and the incident is currently under investigation.
